Oregon State Premium Tailgating Frequently Asked Questions
When and where is the tailgate?
Your premium tailgate is located on the Beaver Walk for Oregon State vs. Utah State on Saturday, November 21. The tailgate opens at 1:30 p.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at checkout
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final. If a game is postponed or canceled, we will issue a credit for 100% of payments made. Credits may be used for any remaining game in the current season, for any game in the following season, or applied to the rescheduled matchup.
What is the rain policy?
We tailgate rain or shine. Our staff will send weather updates by text if we expect inclement weather on game day.
How will I find my tailgate on gameday?
Before game day, you will receive a “Know Before You Go” email with details on timing, location, the tent map, and other helpful information.
What if I have more than 40 guests?
For safety, package capacities are strictly enforced on game day. Tailgates that exceed capacity may be required to remove additional guests to prevent overflow into neighboring spaces. If you expect a larger group than planned, contact us to upgrade your package..
Are restrooms nearby?
Yes. Restrooms are within walking distance of the tailgate area.
Can I arrange catering for my group?
Yes! Catering is available for your group. Call Graham Nugent at 970-815-6096 to discuss options.
Can I have an on-site bartender and full-service bar?
Yes! Bartending and full-service is available for your group. Call Graham Nugent at 970-815-6096 to discuss options.
How does bellhop service work?
Drop off your tailgating equipment at the designated drop-off area, and our bellhop service will your equipment directly to your premium tailgating area.
Will someone watch my belongings during the tailgate and game?
Unfortunately, no, due to safety regulations and liability guidelines,
Can we move the tailgate equipment?
To ensure safety and consistent setup standards, equipment should stay in its original location. You may adjust chairs within the tent area, but all other items must remain where placed
When is the last day to order catering or add upgrades?
All upgrades, media packages, and catering orders must be received by the end of the business day on Monday of game week for Saturday games. Orders submitted after the deadline cannot be delivered or fulfilled. All supplemental items are subject to availability and are issued first-come, first-served.
Can I use a power source for items I bring?
Power source is needed for media packages only
Will the tailgate be cleaned up after we leave?
Yes. Setup, cleanup and breakdown are included with your Club Package.
Can I advertise at my tailgate?
Promotional materials, including banners or signage for businesses or political candidates, and any form of solicitation such as samples or handouts, are not permitted in or around the tailgate area. Only your tent signage produced by OSU Athletics / approved by the university and intended for tent identification, may be used. We may decline any signage request that does not follow site guidelines.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes you can bring your own food and beverages ( No glass containers or charcoal grills ) only canned beverages and propane
Are parking and game tickets included?
Parking and gameday tickets are not included in your package
